WHY TRAINEXT?
In 2019, Trainext was established to provide quality training and mentorship to young athletes looking to take their skills to the next level. Trainext uses a variety of methods and dynamic drills to create unique experiences for its players. While training sessions are made to be physically and mentally challenging, they remain fun and engaging for all athletic levels. Trainext aims to guide and mentor players through their developmental stages and to be a part of a player’s journey in achieving their personal goals and reaching their full potential.
WHAT WE DO
Trainext will absolutely focus on the feeds of the players which can be on a 1 on 1 trainings
Or in small groups training which can be friends, teammates or a mixed training group the coach will make sure all players are fully engaged and challenged to improve.
HOW MANY SKILLS AND TRICKS CAN YOU DO?
Balancing the ball on the head? dancing with the ball? different ways to flick the ball up…. handling 2 to 3 balls at the same time?…

Trainext can ensure you for a better performance in your game – by good training and performances you can be nominated for the Trainext Select Team.

I have known and been training with coach James for over 4 years. I am happy to have known coach James for a long time and being one of his oldest students. I very much enjoyed our 1 on 1 sessions and later also the group sessions with him. In 2018, Coach James helped me to follow up with my football career by being my mentor. His training sessions are always interesting and very helpful to improve in different areas in football. Coach James is very professional and competent. He is thoughtful in adjusting his program to suit each player’s development. My boys find his sessions useful and enjoyable.
